You don’t have to wait for fall to watch football. The Tampa Bay Vipers start playing this February at Raymond James Stadium. There’s no gimmicks, no tricks, it’s simply football. Affordable football for the whole family.

President Josh Bullock said, “I am excited to join the XFL and play a role in bringing more great football to Tampa Bay. The opportunity to help start a new football franchise was something I couldn’t pass up. I look forward to working alongside Coach Trestman and his staff to build-out our team, to engage with our community, grow our fan base and create an experience that’s truly authentic to Tampa Bay and the region.”

This opportunity was meant to give fans a new, exciting sport when there’s usually not one. America’s most popular sport will have a new platform to reach all different types of Americans.

Tony Breland, a life-long football fan said, This time of year both college football and the NFL are wrapping up, so having more football to enjoy is great. The XFL is giving us more football and giving more players a chance at greatness.

Not only are fans benefiting from this new team, but college players who barely make it to the NFL are getting the chance to play. Breland also says, “There are several players on the Vipers roster I remember from the college playing days who I’m glad to see taking the field.” The XFL is bringing all kinds of new opportunities.

This isn’t some silly league putting nicknames on jerseys anymore. This is an opportunity for fans to get authentic, real football. It’s also an opportunity for former college football players to get out on the field.

The Tampa Bay Vipers will bring fun, family-friendly, and affordable football.
